How Love Wins Project

The purpose of the How Love Wins Project is to help adults learn how to be more mindful and kind. Through ongoing interactive group sessions, participants will learn not only how to cope with stress, anxiety, and other challenges but also how to increase kind habits and decrease unkind habits to have a happier, healthier, and loving life.

The Choose Kindness Foundation will be providing service contracts to qualified organizations interested in facilitating groups for the How Love Wins Project. The contracted organizations may receive compensation for staff training and facilitating the groups, as well as reimbursement for participant incentives and supplies. Copies of the book, How Love Wins, will be provided to participants and training staff for free. 

The requirements of the participants include reading the assigned material and participating in group sessions. Participants also are asked to complete one or more surveys to determine if they benefited from the materials and to determine the usefulness of working through the materials in a group setting. Approximately, mid-way through the book, facilitators will administer the Mid-Course Check-In Survey to the entire group.
